A woman by the name of Rebecca McGregor who is a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh and who is also working at East Liberty Presbyterian Church using her University of Pittsburgh Affiliation and Professional Expertise, is part of an organized group of persons that target people from Europe and Eastern Europe to isolate, put under their control, and force into forced labor captivity…

The East Liberty Presbyterian Church advertises a Young Adult Group where people in their 20s and 30s can go and meet people.  However, it is being used as an organized trap waiting for isolated persons from Europe and Eastern Europe to wonder into…

Person from Eastern Europe stated finding this group through Google searching and began attending.  After some interaction with a woman who was the organizer, things turned bizarre very quickly.  She would refer to herself as a Southern Princess, while being incredibly harassing and condescending towards the person from Eastern Europe…

While also talking about her affiliation to University of Pittsburgh, being a graduate student there in Psychology, and leading several programs.  While also leading several programs at East Liberty Presbyterian Church using her University of Pittsburgh Affiliation and credentials…

This woman, Rebecca had the person from Eastern Europe drive her around Pittsburgh PA USA while mocking the person by making Uber Driver jokes the entire time at his expense, despite having a University of Pittsburgh degree…

After she had her fun mocking the person, she had the church send an email saying it was a legal notice to not attend their church anymore for anything period, sent by this person…

Then, was also sent emails by the same church administrator which said that he can resume church in a strange way through their complete control. 

Which was an obvious attempt to try to force the person from Eastern Europe into their captivity.  By creating false negative information around an isolated person as means of abduction, targeting and isolation designed to put under their control completely. 

It is a common psychological tactic to hurt people, isolate them, and then come to their rescue later while putting them completely under your control to exploit any way you wish… 

Experts in psychology, connected with churches, governments, police can create organized human trafficking groups targeting people from Europe and Eastern Europe for abduction using these techniques, and force into forced labor conditions…

In this coordinated activity the person from Eastern Europe was even stopped by a Pennsylvania State Police officer during the same day who began harassing the person as well in coordination with what this woman was doing at the church, using the church administrators.  Later the person called the Pennsylvania State Police to be told that they have no record of that stop in their systems.

After this interaction, the person from Eastern Europe was heavily targeted by low wage labor type employment, despite having a University of Pittsburgh degree, by strange persons tracking him down. 

Upon interacting with the church, the person from Eastern Europe had to disclose his email address, home address, phone number, everything which was used in this coordinated activity…

It appears that the East Liberty Presbyterian Church is operating this so called Young Adult Group where isolated persons from other countries would wonder into to socialize, connect, and to make friends as that is what this group advertised.

However, this group is designed for targeting these persons to create negative information around them, as a means of isolating people and controlling them, to use to try to force them into low paying jobs they are affiliated with in the Greater Pittsburgh PA USA area…
