Eastern European living in Pittsburgh PA USA with advanced degree and plans to start a business attended Carnegie Mellon Event to meet like minded persons, to share ideas, and possibly learn more about starting a business.  The Person has a PhD and is was well suited for the event…

At the event received incredible harassment and targeting, as signed up ahead of time with Eastern European name persons there had weeks to look at the names of registered persons, do background research on them, and plan harassment routines at this event openly public targeting…

During the event a woman identifiable only as wearing white pants with a black bookbag and always surrounding a CMU professor originally from Germany with a group of persons throughout the event, as seen in the first two photos.  This woman referred to the person from Eastern Europe as a “dog being adopted” in front of the entire room since the person from Eastern Europe is part of the estimated 72,000 children brought to the United States from childrens camps in Eastern Europe in the 90s after Chernobyl and during Yugoslav war, and force adopted in violation of international law which forbids the removal of children from other countries with altered records, without their families, in times of conflict, as does the Genocide Convention, and the Geneva Convention…

No one should have access to those records in the Pittsburgh PA USA area besides war refuge organization dealing with Eastern Europe.  However this group of persons, and the woman in white pants surrounding the CMU University Professor originally from Germany, she had access to those records obtained either from JFCS or from Catholic Charities.  And, she used that knowledge to publicly target and harass the person from Eastern Europe in a coordinated fashion with University police and several other staff…

How are the organizations and persons present at this event able to obtain records from refugee assisting organizations to conduct public targeting and harassment at Carnegie Mellon University events? 

It is incredibly terrifying…

Furthermore, several staff and persons coordinated aggressive walking by the person from Eastern Europe making the person scared and feel unwelcome…

At one point a police officer showed up and started walking by the person from Eastern Europe and moving to stand next to the person at several different locations…
