The person originally from Eastern Europe was sitting at Spritzery in downtown Pittsburgh PA USA having a drink around 930PM Friday Evening when all of the sudden experienced ear pain and shortly after confusion and disorientation.  While also started hearing intensely when couldn’t see who it was “go back to Eastern Europe” in a strange loud way…

Didn’t have a chance to say hello to anyone, or make any friends before being targeted and attacked openly in public using some military equipment. Then having to leave due to feeling unwell and hurt and publicly displayed this way in a coordinated planned attack…

Person looked up and recognized some faces from other places all around but was not able to see who used military equipment in public to target and hurt the person openly…

It is very scary when people go to public places to target people from Europe and Eastern Europe using military equipment where you don’t know who it was and what to even do about it.  It is absolutely terrifying…

When the person was walking back to the car several persons pretending to be homeless persons kept coming to the person repeatedly in a scary way.  Not sure if these were part of the human trafficking gang using military technology to target and hurt people from Europe and Eastern Europe…
