Person from Europe reported going for bike ride at North Park Lake, stopping at one point for a break.  Shortly after he felt very unwell, confused, with intense facial pain, ear popping, disorientation and all of the sudden two men appeared nearby and were trying Eastern European languages to see which one he would respond to.  This took place directly across the small creek from the tennis and pickleball courts where many Europeans reported being targeted in the past…

They created an artificial distress inside of him somehow, causing intense facial pain, ear popping, confusion while standing within hearing distance from him trying Eastern European languages to see which one he would use to cry out for help…

When he tried reporting this to police he was sent to Allegheny County Police within 5 minutes of drive to that location, which is a police training center specializing in things like this.

At the police station several officers came out and started harassing him by putting words into his mouth trying to make the situation sound not real and imagined…
