During First Friday August 2nd, 2024 people literally tracked people down from Europe and Eastern Europe openly and publicly even at public Street Art Crawls on Penn Ave and stocked us in front of police, local governments, city council, Federal Police, everyone in Greater Pittsburgh PA USA…

These people are literally licensed to stock by local organizations, it is so terrifying! Who are these people that are literally licensed to stock and harass people literally licensed to harass us, track us down every time we go into public places, keep us isolated by surrounding us and preventing us from forming normal human contacts? 

That is right, if several people are licensed to track down people from Europe and Eastern Europe and surround us and spread the word about it, no one will dare to talk to anyone of us keeping us alone in public view isolated.  While surrounded by these persons all around us watching from a distance like stocker creeps…

I have met these two bald guys before.  One at City Reformed Presbyterian Church and the other at Tuesday Irish Dance night at the Harp and Fiddle in the Strip District.  Mind you not one of these persons came and said hello, just surrounded Zoltan Jakab, spread the word that they are watching him from the distance after surrounding Zoltan-Zsolt Levente Jakab from Eastern Europe sitting in a public place…

Then Ryan McGregor from Pittsburgh Young Professionals in the Hawaiian shirt seems to show up a lot to where Zoltan Jakab goes, never saying hello, just watching from the distance, making him feel incredibly scared.  He is spreading the word about what he is doing creating more harassing events around Zoltan where instead of people saying hello, they harass and mess with him.  Because, that is what the leading person does and is teaching what everyone should do.  So why would anyone do anything different?  This is literally licensed to stock people from Europe and Eastern Europe off the clock in the field training of paramilitary groups…

I then met this following guy at the Tuesday Irish Dance events at the Harp and Fiddle in the Strip District.  He wore the bana hat there and I told him I thought it was pretty cool.  Now is one year later at a public art crawl on Penn Ave.  It is scary when things like this are coordinated, literally someone is openly and publicly coordinating stocking training probably under the pretense of charity, while keeping Zoltan Jakab isolated and others from Eastern Europe and hurting them on purpose, while organizing public paramilitary training operations disguising them as charity operations…

Someone is sending this other guy to go to everywhere Zoltan goes to in public places to just stand near him without saying anything, terrifying him and has even followed him to the bathroom several times…

I don’t know who this other guy is but he was acting like a creepy stocker towards Zoltan  as if they knew each other while Zoltan didn’t know him at all.  Which seems to indicate that he knew Zoltan by collecting information on him, his photos, and things until he became familiar with Zoltan’s appearance giving him the false impression of them knowing each other, which is scary stocker psychology.  Like he knew Zoltan by stocking him online in secret.  Zoltan-Zsolt Levente Jakab from Eastern Europe, yes I know him very well without ever actually speaking to him, because I stock him along with many others from Eastern Europe…

Then this is the pastor at first Trinity Evangelical Luther Church in Oakland whom I have met at church and a couple of other places.

People showing up in public waiting for you is not ok! 

People can email you or text you and say “hey I’m going to this, see you there!”.  But coordinating public paramilitary stocking training operations where you cannot even call the police and report it, in secret, is very scary!  That is how you know it’s illegal because I don’t have any emails or text messages inviting me to it…

This other guy recently started showing up to everyplace Zoltan Jakab is at.  He has become a tourism attraction so much that he is now in the loop where he gets the messages about Zoltan’s whereabouts when he os in public places…
